“Inherited” Shadows

Shadow work helps us feel better about ourselves and others, but did you know it's also connected to many of our "blocks"?? And here’s the kicker- some shadows didn’t even come from our own experiences (I know, what??!!)… How our PARENTS' (and other influences) shadows show up in our lives even as adults (most of us don't even realize it!). And what to do to work with these parts of us so they stop subconsciously blocking our present and we don’t pass them to anyone else.
