Innovive Health aims to disrupt the way healthcare treats people with severe mental illness

There is a serious care crisis facing the severely mentally ill, Joe McDonough, CEO of Innovive Health explained. These patients may be hospitalized 12 to 15 times in a year, and when they return home, there is not a safety net in place to help them manage their complex medical issues. The nurses of Innovive Health, a home care company, provide these patients with treatment plans, help them manage their medications and serve as case managers to assist them in navigating the healthcare system.
