A Certified Qigong Instructor, Pilates teacher, and Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, Steven integrates his knowledge of the body’s energy systems into his teaching. His book, Recovering You: Soul Care and Mindful Movement for Overcoming Addiction, blends his recovery journey with the healing power of Qigong.
