Key 🔑 1 - YOU - putting your needs first ahead of everyone else always. So who puts their needs at the bottom of the pile day in, day out? Yup am guessing there’s lots of hands going up… How many of us think we shouldn’t spend money on ourselves? Yup that’s me too. It’s taken me years of working on myself to get myself out of this funk. It’s hard putting yourself at the bottom of the pile always. Your self esteem, confidence, how you feel about yourself are all affected. Being aware of our matriarchal lineage helps us to realise that what we believe to be true, isn’t always the case. So in my case my Mum always put her needs at the bottom of the pile, never spending money on herself. Yup strangely enough that’s me too!!
