UNDERSTANDING is key 🔑 2 of my brand NEW workshop The Teen Whisperer to reconnect with your teen daughter. Over the last two years I have gone from a relationship where I feared my daughter’s kick offs and treading on eggshells, to one that is full of connection, trust and respect based on me understanding what’s going on for her. Our daughters have so much going for them right now, from their developmental stage to what’s going on in their body, brain, heart and all the pressures, and it’s up to us to be there and support them.
