Y ya sabemos lo malo que es el insomnio para nuestra productividad personal. Hay mil cosas que podemos hacer para dormir bien. Oscuridad, silencio, hacer ejercicio a primera hora del día, exponernos a la luz solar, usar el dormitorio solo para dormir, etc. Aún así, a veces no hay manera. Una técnica para quedarte dormido es la llamada "intención paradójica".
