Gillian and Anne challenging every speaker, mentor, advisor, event organizer, company and organization leader, and department head to do something about the dearth of gender and diversity in tech businesses in the U.S. today, asking everyone to set aside one seat at the table.  And fill it with a person who otherwise would not have access to the event. For free. Seek out people who have not yet considered that a role in tech could be possible for them. Give them access to expertise.
