Dr. Stephanie Estima is a big-hearted, energetic, and compassionate healer dedicated to changing lives through evidence-based health strategies like nutrition, fitness, and mindset. She studied Neuroscience and Psychology and received her Bachelor of Science with Honours from the University of Toronto. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. 



Dr. Stephanie has a special interest in brain optimization, longevity, and weight loss. She is a female biohacker, a former figure competitor, and is interested in the application of the ketogenic diet, fasting, and fitness in females. She also runs an online program called KetoClean, a plant-based approach to Keto.
