February Who are you? What matters to you? How are you living what you want to be? What does your internal landscape look like? (tree, flower, toadstool, dense fog, rain, snow, sunshine, a hedgehog, etc) Prompts for Feb: Exploring Landscapes: If you had to describe your how you feel in terms of a landscape or place what would you choose and why? (example: I feel like a dense forest, it is hard to see too far ahead and it is hard to walk forward because of all the debris on the ground. Or I feel like an oasis, all around me is sand and desert but right where I am is beautiful and abundant.) What would your ideal landscape be? If you were feeling exactly how you want to feel what kind of landscape would that be? When does your internal landscape change and why? Does it have seasons or moods? What bridges can you use to go from where you are now to where you want to be? (examples, change my negative thinking to a more positive outlook by doing… or work on positive self dialog such as…..   Prompts for Life and Home: What about your home do you love? Use all your senses to describe it, the smell, the textures, the sights, etc What did you love about other places you have lived in the past? Taking all of this into account, what would your dream home look like? How can you add a little bit of that dream to your current living space? Maybe it is a scented candle or a plant or a color. What would remind you of all the things you love about where you have lived? Maybe you make a collage or create an alter these things as a visual reminder. What does your ideal day look like, both on a weekday and a weekend? Walk through the entire day, from the moment you wake up until you fall asleep at night. Explore the activities, environments, people, and interactions that would make your day wonderful. Imagine five alternative lives you would like to lead, each exploring different passions, purposes, or paths. Why would these lives be exciting? What takeaways can you apply to your life right now? What skills might be fun to apply to your current life? How can you obtain those skills?
