Leo has been a UK citizen since 2012 but was originally from Colombia. He is a Property Investor and Developer, Civil Engineer, MBA graduate, and founder of various companies in his native South America, including a steel trading company, and Colombia's only freight railway train company. Leo has managed the development of several listed buildings and residential properties in Columbia.
