For the past 15 years, Bianca Stringuini has been creating and implementing Inclusion and Diversity (I&D), well-being, Engagement, and Change Management strategies for Fortune 500 companies across multiple markets. She is currently leading the People Experience and Engagement team at KPMG Singapore and previously led I&D and Wellbeing for Visa Asia Pacific, Mercer, JP Morgan Chase, AIG, and American Express across Asia. Bianca has also been a speaker for various conferences, such as the UN CSW Global Conference, Global Talent Leaders in Berlin, and multiple Talent and Inclusion Forums in the Asia Pacific region.  Being a mother of two, originally from Brazil, and working and living in Asia, Europe, and South America, Bianca has had incredibly diverse experiences.
