Barry talks about operating a radio station, what it takes, what it means and how you do it. My favourite quote of the episode is "We rely on fundraising. We have two or three raffles a year. And it's very satisfying when you're selling raffle tickets or people come oh, I love listening to you. I don't want a ticket, but here's $50. Now, you know, that's the sort of thing that, that's the feedback we need because,  that, that doesn't naturally happen with, with radio as a broadcast format. I get a buzz out of that."
