INTERVIEW: Brian E. Hawkins Running For U.S. Congress

Pastor Brian E. Hawkins started his life of service differently than most. He has come a long way from his early days of a difficult start, misfortune, and with few financial resources to draw upon.  In 2021, disgusted by the past summer's worth of indoctrination and the baiting of black people in America, Pastor Brian announced his bid for United States Congress in California's 25th District. Despite aggressive targeting and hateful treatment he receives online, Pastor Brian is committed to running on bridging the gap between law and enforcement and the community. Pastor Hawkins is committed to making his race not just competitive but victorious Currently the registration in Pastor Hawkins' district slightly favors Democrats by just two points, however, redistricting will likely make the district more favorable for Republicans.
