Gabrielle talks about being a Healing Arts Practitioner, what it takes, what it means and how you do it. My favourite quote of the episode is "I like to call them, love lines rather than boundaries. So I can move them depending on how well-resourced I am in the time that I, that I these, these strict things. But yeah, sometimes I'm like, "Oh, I'm a little bit close to, like, overwhelm," or, I don't know if you'd, if you've heard of the, you probably have with your wife and everything, but terms like vicarious trauma or ... So when you're hearing a lot of stories that are, traumatic that other people have gone to, it does enter your cells and your being. So sometimes I have to create those love lines a little bit closer. And then other times I'm like, "Oh, I've been going, on my beach walks. I've been going to yoga. I could, I've been going to dance. I can move my love lines out a little bit more. I've got more to offer.
