Interview - Rodney Glossop - Building a social running club

Rodney talks about the what it takes to start a social running club, the wide range of positives it has for many people and how he started a social running club. My favourite quote of this episode is "And to see how much they enjoyed improving and being able to run further. But we tried not to make it too serious. It was all about having fun. And at times, I remember taking the girls made up some binoculars with toilet rolls and going on parkrun and we're trying to find the different birds in the trees because it was all about having that fun."
