Ian Hallam is an Olympic medal winner from a time when British cyclists generally didn’t win Olympic medals. He first represented Great Britain at the Mexico games in 1968 and went on to win a bronze medal in Munich in 1972 and again in 1976 in Montreal in the Team Pursuit.
