ALL ABOUT BRENDA: Brenda Loube has helped others obtain success by taking steps to create the life they wish to lead. With 40+ years’ experience in promoting a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention habits, her hands-on, interactive approach is motivating. As an early-career coach and health advocate, Brenda ultimately founded a nationally recognized fitness management company. She practiced what she preached: “without your health, you have no wealth.” As an innovator, business owner, speaker, and author, she continues to model the business acumen and lifestyle skills that result in prosperity, both personal and professional. For thirty years, Brenda’s wellness and fitness management business served Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and retirement communities. When the business sold in 2018, the company had over seven-hundred employees staffed in corporate fitness centers in twenty-five states. As an author, Brenda has published a book called "You Can Play" the book is based on women's point of views on sports and what sports has taught them to become a better person or a better business owner. As a speaker, Brenda has been a guest presenter at a variety of regional and national conferences. Her topics are typically focused on health and fitness practices, worksite wellness agendas, women’s health issues, healthy cultures advancement, coaching and leadership skills development, as well as healthy lifestyle transformation. Brenda has been actively involved with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), an organization that supports more than 15,000 women businessowners. For the past four years, she has been a mentor for the WBENC Student Entrepreneur Program, offering advice and support to new businesswomen. Brenda has been recognized for her leadership ingenuity by many national organizations. She is one of the twenty-five women honored by WBENC as “Women of Distinction” when the organization celebrated its 20th anniversary. Brenda continues to be a member in a wide range of professional and non-profit organizations. She chairs the Board of Directors for the American Breast Cancer Foundation, that serves the uninsured and underserved with free diagnostic screenings. Brenda is currently the CEO of BCL Teams, a company that provides a platform where like-minded women entrepreneurs can support each other’s growth and well-being through the exchange of ideas, shared experiences, and growth opportunities. The company offers speaking engagement and consulting services to businesses.
