A graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Science, Joseph also earned his MBA from San Francisco State University.  Joseph wrote his MBA thesis on the housing crash and financial crisis, a crisis which significantly changed the California real estate market. Joseph takes great interest in analyzing stocks, bonds, taxes, new loan policies and local economic issues affecting the San Francisco Bay Area housing market.
