Interview with Katy Krippayne

We are launching the fall season by interviewing fascinating women. Listen, some of the most beautiful, talented, accomplished, kind, inspiring women will be with us on Superlatively Yes starting today. And when I say these women will inspire you with their stories, personalities, their lives, and their faith, I'm not even being a little dramatic. Today, Jasa and I are so honored, so blessed for the opportunity to sit down with our friend Katy Krippayne.   I recently met Katie and her husband Scott at Jasa & Cliff's wedding and have been basically Facebooking stalking her ever since. Katy and her husband, Scott, have been married for 28 Years and have two children; their daughter Tobey is 24, and Tyler is 21. Katy grew up in the Seattle area and mostly attended the University of Washington, where she majored in Communications. After graduation, Katy married Scott and moved to Nashville, where Scott had already been living for about a year.  Katy has worked in the Christian music industry, at a record label, then for a record producer, and finally in artist management.  In 2015 Katy went back to school at Le Cordon Bleu in Seatle for a certification in Culinary Arts. Since then, she's done some catering and cooking for her church. Katy has a YouTube channel called "Delight of the Bite," where she shares lots of cooking tips and recipes.  These days, Katy and Scott live in Tacoma, Washington. They moved to a 1908 craftsman home at the beginning of the pandemic (talk about good timing to take on a project!), and they absolutely love their empty nest lifestyle.  Thanks for joining us today.
