Interview with Kerryn Walker - 1721

Kerryn was raised in a close family with strong Christian beliefs. She fell in love with the Bible when her parents took her to a Revelation seminar and she gave her heart to God in baptism at the age of 12.  Kerryn loved the outdoors and was home schooled for several years. When she transitioned to going to school as a teenager she struggled because she was shy and the girls had their cliques. After getting some exam results she wasn’t happy with, Kerryn hit a low point in her life. She was devastated. She didn’t like the advice her mother or sister gave her, and even her attempts to release her emotions through piano playing created more anxiety. She couldn’t play and she had upcoming piano exams. That day nothing worked for her. She had hit rock bottom. Everything that had given her identity had failed her.  What brought Kerryn out of this crisis?
