With Anzac Day around the corner, one indigenous family with the help of the Department of Veterans' Affairs is hoping to receive closure on one of their ancestors, Private George Bennett, born in Mungindi, who fought on the Western Front in World War I and was buried in an unmarked grave. I spoke to Senator Tim Ayres who recently brought the case to federal Parliament and the ongoing case to find Private Bennett's grave.
