Interview with Urmi Hossain - Breaking the Mold Through Identity, Ambition and Leadership

from Women on the Brink

Send us Fan MailToday, I’m introducing you to someone I just met, but who already left a big impression on me. Her name is Urmi Hossain, and her story is such a powerful example of turning challenge into purpose. Urmi was born and raised in Italy to Bangladeshi immigrant parents, and she grew up navigating what’s called the “third culture kid” experience. In this episode, Urmi shares what that experience was like for her as a young girl and how it pushed her to really ask: Who am I, and who do I want to become?  She’s turned that journey into a book, and even more than that—into a mission. She’s now a mentor, a leader, and an advocate for women everywhere trying to find their voice and their power.
