In additionto her skills and competence in the areas of D & I, she has also worked on communityempowerment, human and women’s rights, equality campaigns, intercultural communication.She has foresight in detecting future issues and talented in putting them into action;committed to impacting positive changes in people, organisations and society and devoted tocombining it all with an excellent touch of humour. She is focused, passionate, and dedicatedto equality.Her greatest passion lays in writing books and using her personally designed GlobuntuManagement Suitcase to helping people and organisations discover, unlock and tap into theirindividual and collective potential. She is a motivational and inspirational andtransformational public speaker. Beatrice’s released her first book “Vielfalf statt Einfalt. Woich herkomme“ in 2011 since then she has publishes two other books “Erfolgsfaktorkulturelle Vielfalt, Andere Menschen, Bessere Teams, Neue Kunden” in 2013 and “Follow meto Africa. In an unspoken conversation with Nelson Mandela” in 2015.Beatrice is a multiple award winner serial entrepreneur and change maker. She was shortlistedfor the European Diversity Award 2012 category “Hero of the Year.” Some of Beatrice’sawards include: Make a Difference Award, World Diversity Innovation Award, African DivaAward, MIA Award and the official Decoration of Honour of the Federal Republic of Austriafor her commitment to intercultural dialogue.In 2008 Beatrice was the first black woman to stand for parliamentary elections in Austria. In2010 the award winning blog “Black Women in Europe TM: Power List 2010” featuredBeatrice Achaleke as one of the most powerful and influential black woman in Europe.Beatrice is a highly booked speaker both at a national and international level. Beatrice is aproud mother of two children of two teenagers.
