Dr. Amanda Hamilton-Attwell, the first South African to receive the Chairman’s Award of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) in more than two decades in Canada earlier this year, has seized another first – this time on African soil. Daniel Munslow, 2014-2016 chairperson of IABC’s Africa Region, presented her with the first ever Lifetime Achievement Award in the region at the association’s 21st annual conference in Cape Town last week.
