In this Podcast, yogi and scholar Chris Tompkins explores the history and richness behind this beautiful language and explains why knowing more about it can greatly enhance one’s yoga practice.  Chris lectures at the University of California in Berkeley and is the co-founder of The Yoga Foundation.
