  Welcome to Season 2! In this very first episode of Season 2, we discuss the difference between living on auto-pilot and living intentionally. A lot of us live on autopilot, we are led by habitual ways of thinking and behaving. The automated processes which our mind has established and fine-tuned since we were born run the show. We aren't really in the driver's seat of our life and we tend to feel unfulfilled. Living intentionally means engaging with life and living 'awake'. We are at the helm of our own boat, and have a sense of empowerment and fulfilment. Life doesn't just happen to us, we make conscious decisions and live intentionally.  This season will be all about exploring the skills we need to live an intentional life. And who wouldn't want that?
