As a newly enlightened soul, I knew it would be nice to share with you what has helped me in my spiritual journey. This also allowed me to do more research and learn a lot myself! You'll notice I pronounce, "Chakra" different from the beginning of the video to the end. Chakra is a Sanskrit word and after I had already recorded the beginning of the episode I realized I had been pronouncing the word incorrectly. Many Westerners use the "Sh" sound, however, it uses the "Ch" sound.
