Introducing, AfriNuke Educational Series: [Neutron | Proton | Electron]

from AfriNuke Podcast

Episode Notes:The educational series is borne out of the desire to make sounds of the contents and meanings of terminologies, concepts, theories, symbols and connotations in nuclear science and engineering technology desimmination with voice only. We understand in these days of attention deficit, it is thoughtful to use the voice method so as to free the listener to do other stuffs whilst listening and learning on the go. Just Plug and Play. However, to engage the willing listener more, we will make effort at illustrations whose links will be attached to the show notes. We also understand how diverse our audience is and tried to categorise the knowledge levels in to Proton, Electron and Neutron (tobe explained later) for the benefit of all levels of audience. We hope that your kid/toddler, old granny and witty youth young chap can be well served with the contents of this educational series.Naming convention: "Vignette category | Topic | Part (optional)""E.g: Neutron Edu Vignette #1 | Radiation Symbol and meaning | part 1"Now to the knowledge level categorisation;1. Neutron (newbie/beginner): The listener is not expected to know much about nuclear science and technoogy, this could be a good place to start if you are wondering what nuclear science, technology, engineering and so on means. it could be for a politician or a netral person oblivious of nuclear2. Proton (professional): The listener is expected to know a little about nuclear science and technology, a basic knowledge of high school or A-level nuclear physics is assumed, it is expected that the listener be knowledgeable in basic concepts of nuclear science; s/he could be a professional in the industry or looking to join one, if not, please refer to the beginner/newbie/neutron category3. Electron (Expert): The listener is expected to be a professional or in the process of becoming a professional; s/he could be a graduate student or researcher or early career professional in nuclear profession. You might get something like how to apply advanced computing to solving some context specific problems. if this level is too complex, visit other levels explained before. If you want to feature as a guest, please sign up here: https://airtable.com/appnJpXSb5U2nKZvv/shr7UE5fhpAgfRaVcContact us: afrinukepodcastatgmail.com Key: [at = @]Thank you
