Introducing Dr Victor Quirk

MC Debra Smith introduces speaker Dr Victor Quirk who speaks about the Job Guarantee, a program which creates public sector jobs and training at minimum wage when the unemployment rate exceeds 2%. Dr Quirk is a Research Associate at the University of Newcastle's Centre of Full Employment and Equity (CofFEE).
