Introduction. Who am I? And why this podcast?

from 10,000 Hours and Counting... · host Laura Geermans

10,000 hours and counting, or "support for the spiritual journey" I'm Laura Geermans, a healer, teacher, mentor and writer, on the spiritual path pretty much from the word "Go".  My journey has always been about how to apply the soul / human experience in my life and help others to do the same.  I will share tips and experiences I have learnt and integrated on my own spiritual path and through my work as a healer and mentor for over 20 years. Mastering this life skill is a never ending journey and not as measurable as learning other "skills", but it is the most important thing you can do to lead a life of meaning and fulillment and we don't always give ourselves credit for the courage required on the path. So, join me for these discussions on the spiritual journey, it's a constant skill building process and with no end and is unique to each of us. My intention is to uplift and inspire you on your path.
