Introduction: Why Am I Like This

from Weightless with Michelle Carroll · host Michelle Carroll

Is it an intro or a trauma dump? You decide! Hi, I'm Michelle, and I help people just like you. I spent most of my life being no fun at parties because I was so consumed with tracking calories and macros. I thought I'd spend the rest of my life obsessing about my body and letting it hold me back.  I tried everything the fitness industry told me - flexible dieting, eating more protein, doing a bodybuilding photoshoot (leave me alone, I was young), and nothing changed - in fact, it got worse. It's only when I stopped trying to control food and control my body that things changed. Working on my body image changed my life and helped me break the overeating cycle.  It gave me the confidence to pursue what I am most passionate about - educating and helping you to do the same! Join me on this audio series as I show you how to change your body image and relationship with food to help you ditch dieting and finally find peace in your body.
