Although I didn't learn very much, I did learn a few principles that started me on a life of investing. In 1987, he published The Only Other Investment Guide You'll Ever Need. I like his humor and practical advice. He's continued to revise as markets and investment products change. The Total Money Makeover: A Proven Plan for Financial Fitness, by Dave Ramsey   Dave Ramsey has helped thousands budget, get out of debt, and invest successfully. His guidelines are easy to understand, and he emphasizes giving as a fundamental principle of money management.The Psychology of Money: Timeless lessons on wealth, greed, and happiness, by Morgan Housel   This is a foundation book on money. It starts with the heart instead of the math. We can learn about spreadsheets, the market, and investment tools, but if our hearts aren't right, none of the rest will make us financially successful.
