Following his reconstructive surgery, Cecil learns his boss, GDA Director Radcliffe, had recruited Forcefist and Knucklebuster to work with the GDA. Unable to accept this decision Cecil puts a bullet in each of their heads and is sent to prison for 3 years. But when he sets the prison to rights He learns this was just another GDA test. He’s released and offered the job of GDA leader.Back in present day Cecil tries to calm Invincible down in the White Room. He has him surrounded by 100s of ReAnimen but Mark is incensed. When he continues to destroy the cyborgs, Cecil goes for his last resort.
