She is also a leader in the field of Energy Psychology for years. Can you please elaborate on this? People handle grief in a number of ways. What do you think are the most  constructive ways of handling grief and why? Do you think that using alcohol or drugs in a limited capacity can actually be a good thing if they ultimately prevent you from having a meltdown to due to being overwhelmed with emotion? What are some of the ways that at person can help another who is grieving?
