Do you see people carrying out as acts of self love for themselves when they could in fact be acts of self hate, could you even tell the difference? I talk more about that in this episode. I am so passionate about this topic because I have lived both ends of the scale. The world becomes a better place each and every time someone disconnects from mind and what they think and instead taps into their heart and what they feel. There is so much hatred of self and low self-worth in the world and I used to conform to that view with absolute gusto. When I learnt that I was doing acts that looked on the outside like self love but in reality it was coming from a place of self hatred things changed. Never judge what you see in others because they are not always as they seem to the outside world.
