Hey UN•THERAPIST,We need your help UN•THERAPIZING something…Is loyalty still a favorable trait?And if it is... is it something that should be discussed before it's expected?The more we talked, the more we realized that everyone seems to have a different definition of loyalty. Some see it as standing by someone no matter what. Others believe loyalty has limits. And some have been so loyal to people, jobs, or situations that weren't loyal in return.So now we're asking...Can loyalty become expensive?If staying loyal causes you to miss opportunities, delay your purpose, or sacrifice your own growth... is that still loyalty, or is it poor stewardship?Then we took it a step further...Does loyalty to a person automatically mean loyalty from your brand or your business?If I'm loyal to you personally, does my company have to publicly support you too?
