Is Religion Keeping You From Christ?

Religion can make you feel right while you’re actually pushing people away from God. That’s the uncomfortable tension we sit in as Dr. Timothy Mann continues our Romans series, Guilty to Glory, and lets Paul challenge the religious person who trusts Bible knowledge, moral effort, and spiritual status instead of trusting Jesus Christ. The call is not “clean yourself up first,” but “come to Christ,” because real change flows from a real relationship with Jesus, not rituals, résumés, or rule-keeping.
