IS THERE LIFE AFTER DEATH?

“I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” John 11:25-26 To the believer in Christ, death is swallowed up in victory. Death where is your sting? Grave where is your victory? But Jesus is our victory over death! 1 Corinthians 15:50-58 To the non-believer, death is the end. It’s permanent. Final. Forever separated from the presence of God in a place of eternal fire and torment. For the believer, death has lost its sting. It’s been swallowed up in victory. Victory over death was achieved through the resurrection of Jesus Christ. His victory removed the sting of death and the power of sin for believers. While physical death is still a reality, it is no longer the final end for those who have put their trust in Jesus. Death has lost its sting! It has been swallowed up in Victory. Jesus is our victory.
