In this episode I'll take you on a thought experiment of a snapshot in the lives of two brothers, Joe and Paul, who are both millionaires on paper but have very different asset allocations. How important is cashflow and liquidity into the freedom these two millionaire brothers are afforded? I'll make the case that not keeping all your wealth in the house your live in (your principal place of residence) is going to give your lifestyle more flexibility - which goes contrary to what society might want from you. Here's some food for thought.
