Is this de-dollarisation?

In the past week, the Brics countries and the dollar, or rather, alternatives to the dollar, were in the news. We have heard that Russia and India want to repay their debt to the Brics bank in their own currencies. India and China asked the South African government about the possibility of adapting payment infrastructure to pay trade transactions in their own currencies.
