There she was, side-by-side with Gwyneth Paltrow, discussing innovative health experiments they would all be trying as part of the show. I remember thinking “Chief Content Officer at Goop… what a cool job.” Fast forward and I’ve now been following Elise for a few years, I’ve seen her transition from Goop to being an incredible podcaster and author - FIVE of her books have been New York Times bestsellers.So now I think she has an even cooler job.Her latest book - ‘On Our Best Behavior: The Price Women Pay to Be Good’, an analysis of how history and culture have shaped how women see themselves, was an instant NYT bestseller. As Tiger Therapy is all about the ways we hold ourselves back - through self-doubt and limiting beliefs, so much of the book struck a chord.
