Is VGK peaking too soon?

The Golden Knights are playing their best hockey of the season right now. They are on a four-game win streak currently, despite injuries to Tomas Hertl and Alex Pietrangelo. They need to keep winning, on one hand, to stave off a late rush by the L.A. Kings, but they also need to save some of their best hockey for the post-season.
