Is Your Identity Affecting Your Goals?

from Master Your Mindset and Metabolism - Mid-Life Edition

I am a stress eater. I am an emotional eater. I am somebody that just loves to eat chocolate or I am someone that has always drink wine with dinner. It's always "I am....I am. I am. I am." So the words that follow the "I am" statement is basically what they're identified with. This week on Master Your Mindset and Metabolism, I share a Facebook live I had conducted during one of my challenges. One thing that most people don't realize is what/who/or what type of a person they are identified with being. The identity of the person has so much to do with their outcome wether it be positive or negative. When they do not have awareness of what they are identified with, they have no awareness of why they are not achieving their goals, because the behaviors they are aligned with are of the identity, which is in the complete opposite direction of where they want to go!
