Is Your Intuition Trying To Tell You That You're Out Of Alignment?

from Go Regulate Yourself · host Brianne Roberge

In today's episode, I'm walking you through an important realization I've recently had, which is this: your intuition (aka your higher self) is always sending you messages. But... it's whether or not you are paying attention and actually using them to take aligned action that matters. I recently had a wild dream experience that clearly identified just how 'out of alignment' I was two years ago- and how that has drastically changed (for the better) since then. In this episode we talk about why it's so important to be all of you- and why we often hide parts of ourselves out of shame, fear or guilt. I walk you through life for me two years ago- the white lies, hiding, manipulating and doing everything I could to be liked, understood and believed. I share how I was operating as a 'shell' of a person for most of my life- and how I ultimately wasn't myself for two years and no one noticed... not even myself. We talk about coming back to yourself and figuring out who you truly are. How you are worthy of being loved as you are NOW- for the full, real, authentic 'you'. And how it is crucial that you take this journey back to yourself so that you can finally heal and live the life you've always dreamed of. This episode is your permission slip to let your freak flag fly- and own who you are.   In this episode, we discuss:A quick life update on all the things I'm navigating right now; including the construction that is making podcast recording a challenge!A full share on the wild dream I had and why it was so impactful (you're def gonna wanna hear this!)What life looked like for me two years ago and how out of alignment I was with the 'real me'- even though I thought I was creating a reality I wantedHow the road to hell is paved with good intentions, and even though we might be doing something we think is good or right... it can still lead to poor outcomes if we are operating from our trauma or conditionsWhat living authentically as yourself means, plus real life examples of how this has changed for me over the last year of my life as I discover who I really am  Plus so much more.
