Today’s Nations: United States • United Kingdom • New Zealand • Singapore • Japan • South Africa Theme: Peace • Trust • Steadfastness A new day is quietly unfolding. Before the pace begins to increase and our thoughts become occupied with everything that lies ahead, there is a gift the Lord offers us this morning—His perfect peace. It is not found in knowing every answer or controlling every circumstance. It is found in keeping our hearts and minds turned towards Him. Before we step into today’s responsibilities, let’s pause together and receive the peace that only God can give. Scripture (NIV) “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” — Isaiah 26:3 Heavenly Father, thank You for this new morning and for the peace that comes from trusting You. Help us to begin this day with our thoughts centred on Your goodness and our confidence resting in Your faithfulness. When distractions come, gently draw our attention back to You. When unexpected situations arise, remind us that Your peace is not dependent upon our circumstances but upon Your unchanging character. Guide every decision, strengthen every conversation and help us to reflect Your grace wherever this day may lead. May our hearts remain steady because our trust is firmly placed in You. Fear will not win, because the Lord gives lasting peace to those who place their trust in Him. May the Lord fill your heart with His perfect peace today, guide your every step and remind you that His faithful presence goes before you.
