They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Some tiredness is easy to recognise. Physical tiredness often reminds us that we need rest. Yet there is another kind of tiredness that many people carry quietly. It is the tiredness that comes from responsibility, from worry, from carrying burdens for a long time, and from continuing to show up every day when life feels demanding. You may be carrying that kind of tiredness today. You may feel as though you have been giving out more than you have been receiving. You may feel emotionally stretched, mentally drained, or simply weary from carrying the weight of ordinary life. Yet God does not ask you to create strength from an empty place. He offers His strength. Father, thank You that You understand my weariness. Thank You that You see what others cannot see and that You know the places where I feel tired, discouraged, or depleted. Jesus, help me stop relying solely upon my own resources. Where my strength feels limited, renew me. Where my hope feels weakened, restore me. Where I feel overwhelmed by responsibilities, remind me that Your grace is sufficient for this day. Lord, teach me to draw close to You rather than trying to push through everything alone. Help me receive the strength that comes from Your presence and the courage that comes from trusting You.
