Come in for five minutes, let’s open God’s Word together, and let’s pray. Some mornings we wake feeling ready for the day ahead. Other mornings, our hearts already know there will be challenges to face. If you’re feeling anxious about today, carrying uncertainty about the future or simply praying for God’s strength to meet whatever lies ahead, these next few moments are for you.  Isaiah 41:10 (NIV) “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Before today’s responsibilities begin to gather pace, God gives us this wonderful promise. We are not asked to face this day alone. The Lord Himself walks before us, strengthens us when we feel weak and holds us steady when our confidence begins to falter. His presence is our greatest confidence. Father, thank You for the gift of this new day. Thank You that before we have spoken a word, made a decision or taken a step, You are already with us. Your faithfulness has not changed, and Your love remains constant. Lord Jesus, strengthen every listener today. Bring healing to those who are unwell, peace to anxious minds, wisdom to those making important decisions and fresh courage to everyone carrying hidden burdens. Help us to trust You one step at a time, believing that Your grace will always be sufficient. Holy Spirit, guide our thoughts, guard our hearts and help us become people who reflect the kindness, hope and compassion of Christ wherever this day may lead. Across the world, from Perth to Christchurch, from Singapore to Houston and Santiago, may every listener begin this day with confidence, knowing that the God who calls them is also the God who walks faithfully beside them.
