I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” As a new day begins, it is easy to focus on the things that feel uncertain. There may be responsibilities waiting for your attention, conversations that need to happen, or situations that seem larger than your strength. Sometimes the day has not even properly started before worry begins trying to write the story of how it will unfold. Yet before fear speaks, God speaks. Before anxiety predicts what might happen, God reminds us of who He is. And before we take our first step into the unknown, God assures us that we will not walk there alone. The promise of Scripture is not that life will always be easy. The promise is that God’s presence will remain faithful through every challenge, every question, and every unexpected turn in the road. Whatever this day may hold, the Lord who holds your life is already there before you. Father, thank You for this new morning and for the gift of another day. Thank You that Your presence goes before me and walks beside me. When I am tempted to fear what lies ahead, remind me that I never face the future alone. Jesus, strengthen my heart today. Where uncertainty tries to weaken my confidence, fill me with courage. Where worries try to grow, replace them with trust. Help me walk into this day with quiet confidence, knowing that You are holding me securely in Your care. Lord, teach me to look beyond my fears and focus on Your faithfulness. Help me remember that Your strength is greater than my weakness and Your peace is greater than my concerns. Across the world, from Dallas to Auckland, from Lagos to Singapore and Santiago, may hearts be strengthened by the assurance that God is present, God is faithful, and God is with us today.
