I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV): “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” Jesus, You are making a way for me today where there has been no way before. I step into this day with expectation. You are not limited by what has been. You are not restricted by what I have seen or experienced. You are the God who creates paths in places that seem closed and brings life where there has been dryness. So I let go of the past. I do not carry yesterday. I do not remain defined by what has been. In You, I am made new. In You, I step forward as a new creation, held in Your purpose and led by Your Spirit. Jesus, open my eyes to what You are doing. Let me perceive the new thing You are bringing into my life. Let me walk in step with You, not behind, not resistant, but aligned with Your movement and Your direction. You are making a way. Where there has been confusion, bring clarity. Where there has been delay, bring movement. Where there has been dryness, let life begin to flow again.
