Isaiah 53

from Water, Wind, Wine Ministries's Podcast · host Water, Wind, Wine Ministries

Isaiah 53       This week’s lesson is on Isaiah 53. This chapter is so important because it teaches us who Jesus is, what He did and what impact that will have on our lives. We can understand that Jesus paid for all sin for all mankind for all time from this chapter. This is so impactful for our lives today because sin is the root cause of all sickness, disease, addiction, lack and even death. Since Jesus dealt with sin at the cross, there is no reason to continue to accept any of its evil residual effects. Moreover, we still find ourselves struggling with the flesh when we despise Jesus by disobeying his commands or not defending Him when someone else despises Him. Finally, we discover that there is nothing and was nothing in Jesus that made Him physically attractive to us so that when we come to Him it is purely to his spirit. Our spirit drawn to His. This astounding chapter will open your eyes to the truth of the cross so don't forget to like and subscribe! Thanks for tuning in.Be blessed to be a blessing!Check us out on our site at: https://www.waterwindwine.org
